Online Athletes: Destined for Success, or Driven to Distraction?

High-profile athletes have taken the Twitterverse by storm. Courtesy: Sportsnetworker.comWith the Olympics over, the NHL and NBA playoff races heating up, and spring baseball under way in Florida I thought it would be interesting to look at the ways social media and technology can distract athletes and take time away from their craft.

I've put together this short six minute radio piece exploring this issue, and some ways that athletes can get around the social media distractions.
